Getting Started
The Call Center is the gateway to all of the local mental health, developmental disability and substance abuse services managed by FCMHA. If you or a family member needs help for a mental health, developmental disability or substance abuse issue you can contact the Call Center at 1-877-619-361, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Walk-in crisis help is also available for emergency situations 24 hours a day at Recovery Innovations, located at

When you call you can receive information or a referral to an appropriate provider. Based on the information that you provide, FCMHA will give you information on providers that may be able to help you meet your needs. Once you select a provider, they will help you connect to that provider for further assessment or help you get immediate assistance in an emergency situation.
